  I also would give this place and David Tinger (owner) a zero/no star rating due to the terrible customer service, inability to complete an order without any form of communicating the status, and not providing a refund. It took threatening a lawsuit against this company for them to agree to refund half of the money paid and finally get some of the t-shirts ordered. These t-shirts were for a charity, which hadn't made nearly the same profit as the previous year because we didn't have the t-shirts that DC Print and Sew had agreed to make. I hope this business has not just moved and IS actually out of business so it cannot take money from other costumers like it did us. What a terrible way to do an even more terrible job.
